New rumors point again on a iPhone 5 release this summer. The Chinese newspaper Commercial Times expects that the new Apple iPhone shows during the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June 2012. This message brought Business Insider yesterday outside.
The iPhone 5 would continue to use glass-to-glass (G / G) touchscreen technology. That's good news for the current suppliers of the screens: TPK Holding and Wintek. More details are still unknown.
WWDC 2012 is scheduled from June 10 to 15. An iPhone 5 introduction at this event fits into Apple's traditional iPhone release plan. But because the iPhone 4S until last October was introduced, it is wise to have the rumor with a small grain of salt.
