I bought these hoping the non-stick coating would last. It does not. I had to throw the small breakfast pan away. The mid-size pan is not as non-stick as it was and the large pan is hardly used. I liked the weight and handling of these pans and their induction hob capability. The initial performance of the non-stick coating was impressive but don't expect the coating to last. If you use one of these frying pans four days a week then you will be throwing it out after six months.
