Information about the HTC Nexus One

The HTC Nexus One is the first phone from Google. This in conjunction with HTC manufactured phone runs on the course of its own operating system Google Android OS. The expectations are obviously high for the Nexus One, but they are also full. For example, the phone include a 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, a fast Snapdragon processor and the new Android version, 2.1. Appearance

The most prominent of the Nexus One is the 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is the first HTC device that have such a AMOLED screen features. The special feature an AMOLED screen, that image is very sharp and clear and because there is a lot less energy than other touchscreens. An extended battery is the convenient result.

The operation of the device need not only be done via the touchscreen. Like several other HTC phones, the Nexus One can also be controlled with a trackball, with the added nicety that can light up in different colors. There are also four other "physical" buttons (back, menu, home, search) and can also power and volume without the touch screen controlled. The rest, so the vast majority will just have to take place via the touchscreen.

Connectivity

Good and fast Internet is one of the spearheads of the Nexus One. The slogan of the Nexus One is not for nothing 'Web Meets Phone'. The internet facilities are excellent, thanks to the big screen and trackball, while the present UMTS, HSDPA and HSUPA for high-speed connection concerns. Furthermore, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB and GPS on board.

Multimedia

The Nexus One features a 5 megapixel camera with digital zoom and LED flash. This sets the phone is not, but it's good enough to capture great pictures with it. Obviously, an MP3 player and video player are also present.

Other specifications
